I have received quite a few orders lately for books that I would not have expected to be anywhere near the top of the FIFO queue. The requesters have had addresses relatively close. I am wondering if my copies are being offered to Gold Key members within 200(?) miles under the "expedited/green" delivery option, Is there any way of seeing if these members are Gold Key members, or a way of knowing if the requests came to me becuase of this new type of request/delivery? TIA fro any comments. |

The Directed Delivery is done automatically in the system, so you wouldn't necessarily see any evidence of it in action. The only way to tell if your requester is a GK member is to click on PM, and then click on their name. If they have a public profile, the GK icon will be there on their profile, but if they don't have a profile, I don't think there's any way to tell if they are GK. |

You can click the PM button to see if the requester has a profile. If they have a profile, you'll be able to see the Gold Key icon if they have Gold Key. |

On the 'Books I've Requested' page. When I have a transaction pending, there's a Gold Key icon under the 'Order More From Member' button. But I doubt we can tell if the transaction is one that's been routed to a closer/green copy.

Denise's suggestion works if it is a book you requested. But if you getting the request (ie you will be sending a book) there's no way to tell without the public profile mentioned above. It's possible people are also ordering directly from your shelf rather than Gold Key. |
