I loved The Historian. It's kind of a historical novel, thriller and mystery wrapped up in one.

I have this book in my TBR pile. From what I've seen people either love it or hate it. I hope I'm one of the ones that love it because it sounds really interesting.

I am "LOVE IT" person.  But, you are right, many people I knew didn't like it at all.

I thought it was a good story, but it was totally bogged down in too much description. I love description in books, but this was a little too much for me.
