Hello all!

Aside from reading, cooking is one of my favorite things to do.  I have some GH cookbooks listed that have served me well.  I've tweaked my favorite recipes to be a little spicier and a little more veggie-friendly for me and my hubby, and I'd love to share the books with someone else.  Please check out my bookshelf and let me know if you're interested in any of my postings!

Hi, Purvi, and welcome to PBS!

It's the custom in the Cooking forum to NOT promote or advertise your bookshelf except in the thread dedicated to that -- it's highlighted in red at the top of the list. Post about your cookbooks there and you will probably get more response. (You can also promote your bookshelf in the Book Bazaar forum.)

Also, as a newcomer, remember that while there are some special exceptions to the "no stains/no writing on text pages" posting rules when it comes to cookbooks/textbooks, even the special rules require that you describe the "exceptions" if someone requests your book. For instance, if you've written in a cookbook to make those tasty amendments to the recipes, you will need to PM (private message) anyone who requests it and describe the writing (and any stains that splattered while you were cooking away). Give the requestor a time by which to let you know if they still want the book. If they do -- great, get to packing it up. If not, you will need to cancel the transaction on your end.

Just a few tips to help you get started! After a while you'll learn the ropes and know all the ins-and-outs -- it's lots of fun here! Again, welcome, and enjoy!
