I've read two good true crime books this weekend..yea!!  A Date With Death is about the Craigslist killer.  I really liked the way the author wrote the story.I knew most of the facts about the case but she made it a very enjoyable read.  I do prefer the story to have the appropriate ending but I guess she didn't want to wait until his trial was over and he was sentenced..  The other good book was Evil Next Door

I read Seven Days of Rage by Paul LaRosa which is also about the Craigs List Killer and that was very good. I can see why they put their books about before the trial. It still hasnt taken place and looks like it wont for some time. According to Wikepedia:

Originally the trial against Markoff was expected to begin in July 2010. However, a judge has postponed setting the trial date until June 29, 2010, meaning Markoff likely won't see trial until 2011.[43]

Also just finished Date with Death and I agree it was very good.  The author didn't have many facts to go on but threw in lots of very interesting facts and stories about the Boston area.    I thought it was really well written.   Scary that the fiancee had no clue.
