A book about recovery - how it happens, what problems arise and how to overcome these problems. Some chapters include: "Taking Care of Number One," "Self-Esteem," "Mind Control For Life Control." Also included are three candid interviews with women alcoholics: a homemaker, a lesbian and a nun. Great book by the founder of the first organization specifically for women alcoholics, Women for Sobriety. This is the original edition, it was reprinted in 2003.
