I was just browsing the books for sale at our library and the librarian told me they had lots more in the back room that i could browse thru. They were mostly paperbacks and listed for 10 cents each or 12 for $1.00. I'm so glad i went into the back room to browse. I had $4.00 on me, but i knew my husband would kill me if i came home with 48 more books at one time, so i was a good girl and only spent $1.00! I ended up with a few Authors i enjoy. I also snatched up an " Angels Fall" by Nora Roberts, i've heard good reviews on that one. They had a few Jennifer Cruise, Christine Feehan, Karen Marie Moening, Sherryl Woods and a few others i have heard mentioned on here alot. I picked up a few by Authors i have enjoyed in the past like : Diana Palmer, Maggie Shayne, Geralyn Dawson and Cheryl St.John.Now i just have to find time to read all these. lol |

I've received pointed glares at library sales. I like to hit the last day, where locally they have bag sales - $5 or $10 for a whole paper grocery bag. I just grab and bag not paying attention to author/title really, because even if I don't like them, I can get trade-in credit at my local UBSs. I do try to stick to more recently published categories, and not grab some of the older single title books that tend to be the subject of searches. Oh well. I'm still benefiting my local library. |

I love it when mine does the $5 bag sale! I got most of my Stephanie Plum series that way! And you can fit a LOT of paperback books in a paper bag! I've found a lot of great deals at my local FOL sales and DH groans every time I go to one:) |
