Great book. Great strategy. Works - My mom has lost 10 pounds in eleven weeks by going no grain no sugar strictly for 3 to 4 days a week, and significantly limiting grains/sugars the rest of the week, based on this book. This is something she feels she can do for the rest of her life!

This book is easy to understand and gives some pretty good menu plans to follow. Even if you don't follow the diet strictly it does make a noticeable difference in how you feel. There are also a list of websites for further no-grain diet instructions.
