Are graphic novels allowed on PBS? I would love a copy of Maus I and Maus II by Art Spiegelman!

Absolutely! Individual comic books are not (they are periodicals and don't have ISBN #s), but graphic novels of all sorts are very popular (and heavily wish listed) here.
