I have a complete or nearly complete set of Great American Home Baking cookbooks (they have the removable recipe cards, and there may be a few cards missing, but I don't think there are).  They are in three ring binders, not the original ones, but rather separated into six one-inch binders to make them easier to handle.  These are some of the best recipes I've ever tried, but I just don't have room to keep all of my cookbooks anymore.  I would like seven credits for the entire set, since they are so heavy to ship (plus I paid quite a bit to acquire them).  There are Twelve sections to the cookbook, and they are Biscuits and Rolls; Quickbreads and Muffins;  Breads; Main Dishes; Cakes; Pastries; Pies and Tarts; Coffee Cakes; Cookies and Candies; Custards and Fruit Crisps; Holiday Baking; and Baking School.
