I am an avid cook book collector. Some very expensive in comparison. This book is my favorite cook book. I have had this book since 1980, it was a great help for a new bride. It lists cooking terms, and which wine to pick for one of the delicious dinner recipes. I am sad to say my book is deteriorating, I do wish someone would create a digital copy of this treasure.
