The economist J. K. Galbraith reports the build up to the 1929 stock market crash through the roaring twenties, the unregulated hyper-investing hysteria that gripped the nation, and then describes the crash with detail & analysis of the period before & after. This is a good insight on how Wall Street worked back then, and how it is in a similar situation today! "Bubbles" have been around for centuries!
