Ingredients

1 3 oz - Package Fat-Free Cream Cheese

1/4 cup - finely diced green pepper
-
1/4 cup - chopped ripe green olives*with pimientos*

1/2 Teaspoon - Worchestershire sauce
-
12 Slices - Rye*preferred* or Wheat bread/White if allergic

4 slices - Provolone cheese * Low fat*
-
4 slices - Fresh tomato sliced medium
-
4 slices - Sharp Cheddar Cheese* low fat*
-
4 slices - Sliced swiss cheese* Low Fat*
-
4 slices - Sweet red Onion
-
4 Tablespoons - Fat-Free Margarine softened well*
Directions
- Beat cream cheese with mixer till light and fluffy. Stir in Green pepper, olives and worchestershire sauce. Beat 1 minute.
- Spread each slice of bread with equal amount of the cream cheese spread.
- For all four sandwiches, top with one silce of provolone cheese, one silce of tomato, another slice of bread one slice of cheddar cheese, a slice of onion, the swiss cheese then the third slice of bread.
- Butter lightly *both unspread sides* on a lightly greased skilled.
- Cook and cover on low heat till the sandwiches are lightly browned and cheeses melted.
- Serve by cutting into quadrants (fours) diagonally. Use toothpicks to hold together.
Wonderful served with fresh dill pickles and watermellon for desert or another fresh fruit.

**Jalapeno peppers diced may be substitued to green peppers for those not faint at heart**
