If you are just exploring what you believe in, this is a good place to start. I didn't find it as comprehensive or as believable as many other books. Sylvia Browne does a better job (and is more believable) talking about angels.

I enjoyed this book. Sure, there might be parts that went a little too "deep" for me, but I still found information that I could practice and learn from. There are a lot of "quotes" too, from many different spiritual uthors, that I found to be worthy of learning from.
