Professionally aproached with details of how to solve or assist in everyday illness and health problems. Very specific, and full of no nonsense information, good for the well-informed as the novice. Published by the Mayo Clinic, the Editor in Chief wanted to make a book that covers common problems in simple language. It was to cover children's health concerns, and the workplace. It has a special conditions section, a healthy traveler chapter, how to detect illness before it becomes a serious, costly problem, and how to avoid unnecessary trips to the emergancy room or clinic. I found it very easy to look up and find information I needed. It is very organized and easy to read.
