I would not recommend this book. Guilt should never be used as motivation to move you towards change. This is a manipulation tactic used by others, that has been around since the beginning of time. Other people's motivation and agenda are not always pure or accurate, or right for us, based on their own baggage, belief systems or experiences. Go for books that validate you.
