Ingredients
  • 1 16 OZ - BOX OF ELBOW NOODLES
  • 3 - EGGS
  • 1 CP - MILK OR CREAMER
  • 1 8 OZ - BAG OF CHEESE ANY FLAVOR
Directions

 

PREHEAT OVEN TO 425 DEGREES

COOK NOODLES AND DRAIN.  SPRAY BOTTOM OF A CASSEROLE DISH AND ADD HALF OF NOODLES AND SPRINKLE COMPLETELY WITH HALF OF CHEESE AND REPEAT WITH REST OF NOODLES AND REMAINDER OF CHEESE. 

NOW IN A SEPERATE BOWL MIX MILK OR CREAMER,  AND EGGS AND SOME SALT AND PEPPER FOR TASTE AND POUR INTO CASSEROLE DISH OVER NOODLES. 

BAKE IN OVEN FOR 35-45 MINUTES UNTIL DONE. FOR CHEESE MAY BE CRISPY OR IF YOU WANT TO COOK A LITTLE LONGER UNTIL CHEESE IS AS YOU LIKE IT.  EXCELLENT WITH A MEAT DISH.
