I got this book to give to my neighbor who is chronically suicidal for a reason I don't see. I read it before giving it to her and this is my review. The words used in the text are a bit too intellectual for me. The author is a PHD and acts as if the reader is also a PHD. There is also alot of the same ideas repeated in different words. If you make it to the middle of the book....the second half is just the same. I was not searching for an answer to sadness so maybe the book didn't impress me because of this. I am already happy!
