How can you report other members who are harassing you or making threatening comments?

On the bottom of the page there is a link that says Contact Us. You can send feedback through there.

Yes, just as Janelle stated.  Click on Contact Us link at the bottom of the page, click on Send Us Feedback, then choose Problem option and explain your problem and this will notify the site administrators.  Someone from the PBS Team should then get back to you shortly (you will first receive an automated confirmation that they received your note, but a personalized response should then shortly follow.)

Give them as much information as you can - the name of the person and their nickname and a short synopsis of the situation so they have some basic information to start with.  That will help them assess the situation and understand a bit better what you are trying to say.

Also include how the harassment is taking place.  Is it in PMs?  On the forums? (give a link to the forum), etc.

I'm sorry this is happening to you, but the PBS Team is good about handling these sorts of situations.

Sara, do as the others have said above.  Also, you might want to think about making your name/id private for awhile which could only be viewed by your buddies if you so choose.
