I think they meant to say BOGOF, I've never seen anyone "spell" it like that, silly Harlequin. Anyway, thanks for the heads up!

Thanks for the heads up.  You also get free shipping for orders over $25.00.  I just spent about $26.00 and got  12 books.

Payless shoes spells it like that.  And stupid me, I used to see the signs all the time and think BOGO was a shoe brand name:P  Duh!

I spent $17 and got 12 books ...

and spent $26 and got 15 books ...

and spent $29 and got 14 books.

If you go to their bargain outlet, they have books 50% and those qualify for the BOGOF special too (though I did those on a completely seperate order otherwise my freebies would have been the 50% books, hence the three separate orders).

BOGO is marketing-speak that has translated into every day language. Payless uses it a lot in their advertising. It's usually BOGO because you can use it for Buy One, Get One Free or Buy One, Get One at 50% off, etc.

Think they were overwhelmed with the response?  Only one of my orders has shipped so far.
