I really like this book because it has a lot of great information. It provides one or two pages of the benefits of various types of food and the things you should watch out for (if any) with each type of food. I also like that the book is divided into sections: Fruit, Vegetables, Meats, Starchy Foods, Dairy Foods, etc., which makes it easy to look up the particular food you are interested in reading about. I found the information in this book very helpful and it's a great resource to have around.
