I had a wish list book that I posted and it was accepted. So today I put when I can mail it and then thought it dont have a dustcover and I dont want someone getting upset. So I pm them telling them. I just got a message that they never ordered the book..................... now how can you get a wish list book AND ACCEPT IT..............if you never wanted it. All they had to do if the dustcover mattered was to tell me............I dont care there are a lot of people that want it................. Just like how dumb do they I am ?

Unless they had an RC saying they want dustcovers on their hardcover books, then a PM isn't necessary at all.  If they require dustcovers, they need to say so.

They probably had the book on auto-request and didn't realize it.

I had that problem. I listed a HC book that was wish listed and the reciever RWAP, because it didn;t have the dust jacket, but she had no conditions.

It was really annoying, but we got it taken care of.

I had something like that  a few months ago. I posted a book, it was on auto and I mailed it. It was about to go lost and the woman who marked it recieved  told me she didn't know how she got the book since she hadn't been to the site in a while.   Sometimes the synapses just misfire - lol.

If they never ordered it as they claimed they should have no problem being the ones to cancel so it can be offered to the next person on the list.
