Charming medieval/paranormal romance. Great hero, nice heroine and a secondary hero that is ITCHING to get his own series :D

This is one of the better historical romances I've read in a while. There is a small amount of paranormal involved towards the end. I thought the characters were interesting.

The world's of Anavrin and the Outside collided through the treachery of one man, resulting in the lose of a sacred chalice, how split into 4 pieces. This is the first of at least 3 books in this series. Good read.

It's been awhile since I have read a book that touched me as much as this did. I was hooked from the first pages. From the way Ariana and Braedon meet, how he rescues her to how they team up to find her kidnapped brother. It's pure genius how they defeat their enemies, rescue the brother and accomplish their mission.
Many dangerous and amazing incidents happen along the way. Their romance is sweet and well written. I must admit I shed a few tears.
A very worthwhile read. I could not put it down.
