One of the few diet books that doesn't have the author's picture on the cover, or anywhere else, for that matter. Fascinating book, arranged alphabetically by plant, tells what ailments they can help with. Amazing that a lot of this is sold as new thinking 20+ years after this book was written. Really good at telling the history of various vegetables.
