My mother just got a new oven and it's a convection oven. She's looking for a book that will help her learn to use it.

I'm assuming this will be a cookbook, but something more than just a cookbook is needed.  She doesn't usually cook with recipes, so I need a book that will actually teach her how to use it, not just give her directions for a particular dish.

I searched for "convection oven" in the library here but none of them had reviews here and those that did on Amazon got panned. 

If it's new, she can call the company and tell them there was no manual included and they should be able to send her one.  I know with ours, we set it much like our oven .. it was a hit or miss with us!  Good luck!

She has a manual.  She wants more the how-to-cook in general than the how-to-use-this-oven.

She's been doing the hit-or-miss thing, and was hoping for a bit more structured information so she understands what she's aiming at.
