I believe this book was a Loveswept romance (but I'm not 100% positive). The main characters: a carpenter/handyman/painter with a learning disability (dyslexia?); and the woman he's working for: a college professor with bad handwriting tries to fire him via letter (which he can't read) so she keeps him on and helps him overcome his problem. Of course, they fall in love, live happily ever after, tra la la. I read this years and years ago and would love to have it in my library. If memory serves (what little I have), it is an excellent book! Thanks for any help, guidance, etc. anyone can give. Cheryl |

sorry the only one I could find was called "sexy lexy" and had a male dyslexic carpenter in it. But, it didnt seem to fit the rest of your description. Good luck :( |

You might have better luck asking this in the Love/Romance forum if you haven't already. |

Dunno about the book, but the description of it sounds just an awful lot like a movie Robert DeNiro and Jane Fonda made a long time ago, called "Stanley and Iris" Last Edited on: 12/30/11 5:50 PM ET - Total times edited: 1 |
