Years back I read a sillouette-type romance and I only remember certain part and would like to find the book again.

What I remember:

Girl's brother is a martial arts expert who goes to war and is disabled (can't remember to what extent) and returns home really depressed, so she quits her corporate job to help with his karate school... and also terminates a relationship with a man who I think is too material and possibly controlling (can't remember exactly)... then brothers war buddy comes to help the brother with his depression over disability, they meet and hit it off.  For some reason later in the book, the karate school is low on funds and she is going to fight in a paid fight which is very dangerous.  The brother's friend shows up to stop her from entering and it turns out he is a black belt and he "wins" their bout and keeps her from competing and they find money from another source.  I think his dad finances ventures or something like that.

I know this is obscure, but its worth a shot :  )
