Hi, I'm looking for a romance novel that starts with a young woman falling through

a thatched roof anf getting stuck there. I don't know the title or the author.  Can anyone help?

Do you remember anything.  Is it historical, comtemp.    Any  H/H names,  approximate time of publication?  Was it a thin harlequin, and superromance, or an Avon or other publisher.   Any clues help with these.   Thanks!
