Hey everyone, honestly I'm not sure you guys can help but maybe something as simple as prayer to who knows what. Let me tell you what's happened and why my parents need help. Last year my younger brother died, and then recently I found out I may have the same thing that killed him. This has put tremendious stress on my family, my parents most of all. A few months ago my dad walked out on my mom because it became to touch for him to stay with her. Right now he is struggling with alcohol and has gotten so bad that he's had a DUI and stuff. He says he's doing better and has a new girlfriend but I'm still worried about him. But at least he still has a home and a job, my mom is the one I'm worried about the most. She went to live with her sister several hours away near the coast and I don't know how she's doing, I'm hoping better but I haven't seen her in a long time. She's trying to get back on her feet and move on after all this, and I don't know how to help her. I'd like to get her a house by the ocean, which is her favorite place in the world and the only thing I can imagine she wants that's possible as my dad wont come back and neither will my brother. So what I'm asking for is really vague because I don't know how to help him or her, so if people could pray for them, that would be wonderful and I would be so greatful for any wisdom or help to keep them going. Thank you.

oh Sarah, so much to deal with when you possibly have a devastating diagnosis..... prayers are easy, do you want to share your mom's first name? (there are many spiritual groups that believe praying for a person specifically by using their name is more helpful than just saying "for Sarah's mom, or special intention, etc)

Her name is Alana. I'm not to worried about myself, so far my heart is looking fine aside from some not nice looking things that came up on an MRI, but it works fine so I'm rather fine there, the doctor's gave me an ICD just in case though.
