In my profile, I had my list of books that I have read so far in 2010. Today, I transferred that list to the make my own lists on the right side of the page. Now my profile page has this big space between what is left at the top and what's at the bottom, favorite books, authors etc. How do I bring up those lists to close in the space gap? This is all on the left side of my page. Please look at my profile to see what I mean.

Connie, it looks to me that you might have extra spaces at the end of your About Me section. Can you try editting that and seeing if there are are blanks that need to be deleted at the end of that?

Melanie, I just deleted the last paragraph, thought that might help. Nope, it just made the space longer. lol

Try this: Copy the paragraphs you want to keep and paste them into Notepad or Word or something.  Then click in the About Me editing box and hold down the ctrl key and hit a to select everything in the box.  Then hit Delete.  Then paste your paragraphs back in the box and update the box.

If you hit edit and place the cursor at the end of your paragraphs and then just keep hitting delete, that should eliminate extra spaces that crept in at the bottom. It works for me anyway.

Sorry, I wandered off without explaining in more detail!

What I usually do is put my curser after the last paragraph, hold down the shift key, then press page down a couple times. Let go of the shift key and hit tjhe Delete button. Then save the changes.

Yay, I did it!smiley  Thanks a lot for your help, Jenna, Melanie and Cheryl! I ended up doing it just like Cheryl said to do! Thanks, it worked and looks so much better without that big space. Now, on to other fun things to do there. hee hee
