Can you please give me the correct order of this series? Is Dead Over Heels part of it? Thanks for your help. :)

Dead Over Heals is the book where the Werewolf series overlaps with Queen Betsy.  After Undead and Uneasy.

Order of stories from MJD's website (second question down, please note that the list is NOT up to date)

Do you really have to read the werewolf series for the entire series to make sense? I'm not really interested in those....

Hey Colleen,  no you don't have to read the Wyndham Werewolf series for the Queen Betsy books to make sense.  I read the Betsy books first then went back and read the werewolf ones later just because I liked the Betsy ones so much.  I totally love Queen Betsy...one of my favorite series!

Here's the order from Fantasticfiction.com:

Queen Betsy
1. Undead and Unwed (2002)
2. Undead and Unemployed (2004)
3. Undead and Unappreciated (2005)
4. Undead and Unreturnable (2005)
5. Undead and Unpopular (2006)
6. Undead and Uneasy (2007)
7. Undead and Unworthy (2008)
8. Undead and Unwelcome (2009)
9. Undead and Unfinished (2010)

But that does not include the short stories.  (Most of the werewolf series was short stories.  And several vamp stories w/o Betsy.)   Which are listed on her website.

I am reading Dead Over Heels right now and it is not like Dead and Loving it where the stories kind of intertwined. It is just 3 short stories in the book - one Queen Betsy, one Fred the Mermaid type (Fred's not in it), and the 3rd that I haven't started appears to be the Wyndam werewolves.  I think you'd be fine skipping Dead Over Heels for the Queen Betsy story line.

Dead and Loving It does make a major change to one of the Queen Betsy characters so to make sense of part of the next Undead you do want to read it. I haven't read any of the Wyndam series other than what shows up in the anthologies.

I'm confused about Dead and Loving it and Dead Over Heels. When should I read these? Since there mixed with other stories I don't want to ruin anything that hasn't happend yet in the undead series. I'm currently on Undead and Unreturnable.

copied from MJD's website, which Emily linked above:

In what order should I read the Betsy and werewolf books since they overlap and characters from anthologies frequently show up in the Undead books?

MJD: To keep continuity you should read the books in the following order:

--Secrets 6: Love' Prisoner
--Secrets 8: Jared's Wolf
--Undead and Unwed
--Cravings: Dead Girls Don't Dance
--Undead and Unemployed
--Bite: Biting in Plain Sight
--Derik's Bane
--Undead and Unappreciated
--Undead and Unreturnable
--Dead and Loving It
--Undead and Unpopular
--Over the Moon: Driftwood
--Undead and Uneasy
-- Dead Over Heels

Undead and Unfinished (#9) is listed on the UK websites.  And listed here as a paperback.  But isn't listed on Amazon or MJD's website.  (Which is seriously out of date.)  So the date cannot be confirmed.  Or if a HB is coming out before then.

Terri - I would recommend reading Dead and Loving It before your next Undead book. I started reading the next one not realizing D and L I was out there and I was confused, going WTH? Who the heck is that?!?! So I put that one aside and found a copy of D and L I to read then went back to it. In the next Undead, MJD does eventually get around to explaining the basics of what took place in the novella, but its definitely easier going if you read it.
