Romance. Seems like maybe it was Catherine Anderson or Linda Lael Miller. There was a family and the brother is a country music singer. Last name might be O'Ballivan. The singer loaned the tour bus to a cousin (maybe recent LLM?). I think the brother's (singer) name was Brandon, Several siblings and all have a story, seems like one of them is a vet. . I am trying to remember the name of his book.

Catherine Anderson has a series about the Coulters that the twins are vets but none of the other info fits that series.  Sorry but maybe this will help eliminate something for you...LOL
