Member posted a book that was a LP book i'd wish-listed. I PM'd her and she confirmed it's NOT a LP book, so i asked her to cancel the posting on her end so i won't lose my place in line, but she hasn't done that.  I know I can click "Not Now" but i only get to do that once.  Any other option for me?  Time is running out...

Contact PBS to let them know she admitted to posting a book incorrectly and she hasn't removed it and you don't want to lose your WL position.

Yes, let PBS Team know (via Contact Us).  Large print books are not to be posted to standard listings even if the ISBN matches!

Also, hit the PM button and check the name you see there to verify that the book is still be offered to you by the same person who sent you the PM. If she did cancel, and if there are other copies of the book available, your request will have been passed on to a new sender, so it's worth checking.

Thanks for the input... As I was running out of time, I clicked "Not Now"... luckily kept my place in line as i'm the only requester.  But did write to PBS later and they promptly replied with the correct way I should have handled it, which was to accept the offer, even tho i knew it was the incorrect book.  Which would put the burden for correction on the sender.  Now I know for next time!  (BTW - incredibly fast response time from the PBS team :-)  )
