This is a really interesting book on herbal extracts. It gives some historical use information. It gives explanations of teas, capsules and then extracts....and correct strengths of them. Then they are listed alphabetically from alfalfa, arnice, bayberry thru to yarrow and yerba santa. Under each extract is listed: properties and uses, common names, parts used, bodily inflences, dosage and sources.
