Very complete, with tons of photos. Includes planting, cultivating, harvesting, and using herbs. It even has recipes and a section of using herbs for everything from handmade paper to shampoo. What I like about it is that, in addition to all the common herbs, it lists unusual herbs like soapwort and Feverfew!
