Willa, that is hysterical.  Thanks for the laugh this morning.  I have to go everyday to pick-up the mail for my businesses so I know just how this feels.

I always take a book to read while I"m in line and that way it never seems long.  I also read while in line at the bank, waiting for a red light to turn green, doctor's offices, etc., and if I could figure out a way to read while I'm in a dental chair, I'd be in hog heaven.  Pat

That is what books on tape are for.  Dentists and dishwashing.

I have to drive my DH to the PO because of an eye problem.  He goes inside and I wait in the car, reading of course.  LOL

I went at lunch to my usual satellite branch and no one was there but me:)  Super fast:)  I like the postage for multibook orders but I don't like going in the PO.  To be fair I also haven't been inside my bank in years either--direct deposit, online banking/bill pay and debit card have spared me that for a while now:lol:  They are nice at my bank and the drive through lady did know me by name BEFORE I sent my stuff in to her ;)

This is why I like living in a small town lol I never have a line and I like my PO Lady , actually I got her interested in PBS. I rarely have to wait and geez if I do it only like 5 minutes.
