I'm so excited I am #2 on the WL for The Heretic's Wife :: Brenda Rickman Vantrease and it is released April 13.  I just noticed today that it finnaly has a picture for the cover.  I just wanted to share my excitement with someone who might understand, so thanks for being here.

Well, we have the beginning of this wishlist line all sewn up cause I'm #1 in line, lol. If I get it first, I solemnly swear to read it FAST and re-post it right away to #2. ;-)

Has anyone heard anything whether it's good or not? Three reviews up on Amazon. One a *kid's review*, one Harriet's and the third is one I know reviews for a profesisonal review site and she's always rating mediocre stuff highly. I have it from the library but it hasn't grabbed me yet. Don't know if I want to try that hard, since I'm already up to my eyeballs.

Has anyone read her other two books, The Illuminator and Mercy Seller.? I have both but have not read them yet.

I liked "Illuminator" more than "Mercy Seller", but both were good reads, imo. Read "Illuminator" first, "Mercy" is it's sequel.

I haven't heard anything about "The Heretic's wife", but I'll soon be able to see for myself...it's on the way to me right now. ;-)

I'm #14!  I really liked "The Illuminator" but haven't read the 2nd one yet; it's in my tbr mountain somewhere.
