When I choose to read this book, I didn't know that it was written as a "self help" book. I thought it would have a plot and characters as the movie appeared to have. That said, it was still an interesting read. The chapters are broken up into various excuses women make for men they're dating (such as "He's too busy" or "He lost my number") and the authors explain how those excuses are just that: an excuse. It really just means he's just not that into you (which is repeated almost to the point of annoyance throughout the book). At the end of each chapter they include funny little "exercises" for the reader to complete concerning their relationship, beliefs, and so on. Overall it is an amusing read, but not really the type of book I was looking for.
