Hi Tammie! No, I haven't read a Cassie Edwards book. Does she write contemporaries or historicals? |

I read a few of them in the 80's and enjoyed them. But recently I tried reading a newer release and couldn't finish it because I thought it was just horrible. Not sure if it was my tastes changing over the past 20 years or if it was just a bad book LOL. If you enjoy books where the female is a desirable helpless woman, and the man is a strong proud indian and they fall in love with in 24 hours of meeting, you might like Cassie Edwards. Of course this is just my humble opinion and it is based on the few books of hers I read so many years ago. Some one else might have a better take on them. |

I've never tried her books, but that has typically been due to the covers.:P And I don't know - a general impression I have, which may or may not be valid. She's so very prolific, and when a writer churns out as many books as she does, and all of them have basically the same theme, I find it hard to imagine there's anything going on there that I'd be interested in. But that's just me. |

I've read a couple and they were basically the same book with different names. I have a couple in the TBR pile but I don't think I'll get anymore. |

Wasn't she embroiled in a controversy recently? Something about plagarism? Sherri |
