I have decided I would like a copy of this book for my keeper shelf:

hardbound, with dust jacket (assuming it originally came with one)
no underlining, or other markings (In otherwords, meeting PBS conditions for hardbound books with dust jacket) 
no smell of smoke (by your nose)

I did not find any currently available in the system. I don't usually have RCs and don't want to try wording one just for this book while I wait on the wish list. If you have such a book you are willing to send me in exchange for a credit, please PM. Thanks

I have a beautiful paperback of this that I just posted.  Sounds like you really want a hardback but I thought I'd tell you about mine.
