The main characters Matt and Paige are a warm, witty and sensual couple. When Paige finds herself in a uncomfortable situation on stage because a bachelorette had gone missing, her cousin's friend Matt feels sorry for her. So Matt bids a ton of $$'s and wins the chance for a date with Paige. As their story enfolds, one is treated to learning about this couple. Matt, a self made millionaire, not born into wealth, holds his emotions in, funny, sexy, intelligent, talented. Paige, the baby in the Ashton family, shy, smart, sweet, sensitive and the Winery event planner. Their journey together is bitter sweet and I honestly couldn't but the book down.
