By the way, I started reading Seducing Charlotte by Diana Quincy. Your tastes may be different, but something icky (in my opinion) happened in the first chapter that put me off. I stopped reading, but then for some reason I gave it another try, and after that the story became very interesting and enjoyable. So keep going, even if you don't like the beginning!

The Madness of Viscount Atherbourne is also a very good read, I'm glad I bought it.

Update: I just finished reading this book and reviewed it on Amazon. It was a great find! It was fast moving, an unusual time period and setting, lots of history that was new to me, and a wonderful hero and heroine. Anyone who likes wilderness stories, like Pamela Clare or Sara Donati's, should enjoy it.
