Hello, I have finally reached a good weight (140) but my goal weight is 130, and I just cant seem to get past the 140 mark. I've tried adding more things to my workouts and being more strict on what I'm consuming (mostly fruits and veggies, usually meat of some kind with breakfast or dinner). I haven't cut out carbs because I know that is unhealthy, and as soon as you start eating them again your body stores them. Any suggestions? Thanks! |

I'm not sure what else to eat that I can still burn off. I'm worried the wrong things will cause me to gain it back, becuase my weight fluctuates so quickly. Thanks for your help guys! |
