Hello,

I have finally reached a good weight (140) but my goal weight is 130, and I just cant seem to get past the 140 mark. I've tried adding more things to my workouts and being more strict on what I'm consuming (mostly fruits and veggies, usually meat of some kind with breakfast or dinner). I haven't cut out carbs because I know that is unhealthy, and as soon as you start eating them again your body stores them.

Any suggestions?

Sometimes, it's not the number, but the way you feel and how your clothes fit.  Maybe your body likes 140?

Replace your cardio with interval training.

Sometimes you need to boost your calories just a bit. Let's your body know you aren't starving it.

You may not be eating enough.  Make sure your calories are high enough to keep you out of the starvation mode.

I'm not sure what else to eat that I can still burn off. I'm worried the wrong things will cause me to gain it back, becuase my weight fluctuates so quickly.
