"My Hitch in Hell: The Bataan Death March" is an outstanding addition to the history of the men who were prisoners of war under the Japanese from the Philippines/Bataan campaigns. I would recommend this book to anyone -- it won't, however, be leaving my personal library. I grew up in Harrodsburg, Kentucky where a tank company was sent from the U.S. to the Philippines in November 1941 -- and were subsequently taken prisoner by the Japanese in April 1942. This is a valued addition to my own personal collection on what those men endured.
Captured by the Japanese after the fall of Bataan..He was one of the very few who survived the death march. tells of the brutality in prison camps etc
