There are fitness test, lesson plans)for five units: Body Movement, Ball Skills, Rhythm and Dance, Tumbling and Gymnastics, and Swimming) and labs (specific technique checklists for basketball, tennis, football softball, soccer, and volleyball). Dr. Whitney, who has extensive teaching experience, has created a tremendous resource for families, addressing fitness needs for those four to forty-something. He really brings fitness home!"
