Another good book from the Home to Heather Creek series. This series is neither mystery nor romance like some of the Guidepost series, but based exclusively on family life and values. It deals well with the challenges the older generation has in trying to do the right thing and instill the values they grew up with in today's generation.

I agree with Kristen that this book had a great ending that is especially meaningful at the holidays when more people than normal remember to think of others and give, instead of only thinking of their own desires. This book did an excellent job with conveying the spirit of this through young children and teenagers.
