This is an amazing book for a first time novel. The thing that really stood out to me was the author's impeccable usage of the English language. Totally refreshing.

The story is about four NASA astronauts who are sent on a top secret mission. Something goes terribly wrong as they fly through a thick fog over the Bermuda Triangle. They land in a strange place where there are the Tribefeeders, a peaceful tribe of primitive humans. The other group is Therkor, a terrifying shapeshifter, and his two giant wolves who are pure evil and like nothing better than eating human flesh.

The ending is extremely satisfying. I loved this book and will probably read it again. It's a little sci-fi but but so well written I totally enjoyed it.
