No wonder this was a Newbery Honor Winner. Will interest older elementary school age through adult. Hope has hope, also wit, grit, and a good grip on reality.

A beautiful story.
With,
Hope
Love
Happiness
and despair, it makes a wonderful book. Great for children age 9-14, but also great for adults!
The book touches you so deeply, and fills you with love toward the characters.
You see her life as if it was yours, no matter how similar, or different.
I highly suggest this book for all!
