An original idea, imaginatively explored. It really sticks with you.

The premise of the book is interesting; the characters are well developed and you get a sense of each of them individually and how they are connected. This book is about the future, where people can switch bodies with one another. The head of the agency who polices people who misuse this privilege and his trainee are at the center of this story. Kevin Anderson's writing is an acquired taste; at least for me, but the story idea was interesting even though some of the plot twists I didn't like. All in all, you've got to make your own judgements!
