I get it, she used humor to get through her menopause. That's about 95% of the book, her personal accounts. The book wasn't for me since have many girlfriends who are/has been menopausal who I can go to for help when it's my turn in maybe five years. The back of the book, Notes, was the most straight forward and helpful: Hormone replacement therapy, eat a higher calcium diet to prevent osteoporosis, Kegel exercises, and how to prevent a heart attack with diet.
