I got this copy from a member and its got some old dried dark marks of maybe book mold? there no smell.. its only on the inside of the book jacket and book cover.. there is no water damage I don't think no warping and no odor.. the only reason I even mention it is because some people are very picly.. Im not.. if its not torn or warped its still reads the same!
And this book is well worth reading! I really liked it quite a bit.. no boring parts and its very interesting how they lived back then.. in the back it tells you some real facts about vampires and paris at the time and of the real Saint Germain! very interesting! If you like vampire stories and the new vampire romance like I do...you will like this book.. she really weaves a good tale with very vivid descriptions of the time and pulls you right into the story.. hard to put down.. and oldy but a goody! if you haven't read any of her books before start with this one!« less
